1. Subject<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the rental of holiday flats offered by Alpine Active Lodge, managed by LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl in Siviez. Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Booking and Confirmation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

- Flats can be booked via the Alpine Active Lodge website, managed by LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl, or via partner platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb.<\/span><\/p>

- The reservation is considered to be confirmed after full payment (100 %) of the total rental amount, whether via the Alpine Active Lodge website, managed by LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl, or via the platforms mentioned.<\/span><\/p>

- A booking confirmation will be sent directly by the website or platform used once payment has been made and the booking validated.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Prices and payment<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

- Flat prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss francs). Local taxes are extra.<\/span><\/p>

- LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl, manager of Alpine Active Lodge, reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price applicable is that in force at the time of booking.<\/span><\/p>

- Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other secure method offered on the site.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.<\/span><\/p>

- Cancellation between 14 and 29 days before arrival: refund of 50 % of the amount paid.<\/span><\/p>

- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.<\/span><\/p>

- In the event of force majeure (such as serious illness, travel restrictions or major unforeseen events), LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl, manager of Alpine Active Lodge, will assess the possibility of offering a postponement of the stay or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances and at its discretion.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Arrival and departure\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

- Arrivals are from 5pm and departures before 11am.<\/span><\/p>

- Late check-in or early check-out can be arranged on prior request and subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Security deposit\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

- A security deposit of CHF 500 (or a similar amount depending on the standard of the flat) is taken via the booking platform.<\/span><\/p>

- This deposit is used to cover any damage to the flat or additional costs not covered by the rental.<\/span><\/p>

- If no damage is found, the deposit is refunded within 7 to 14 days of departure. Platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com often facilitate this refund process.<\/span><\/p>

- In the event of damage or additional costs, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit, and the customer will be informed by e-mail with a detailed justification of the costs deducted.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Use of the Premises\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

- Arrivals are from 5pm and departures before 11am.<\/span><\/p>

8. Liability<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

- LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl, manager of Alpine Active Lodge, declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to guests' personal property during their stay.<\/span><\/p>

- In the event of force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl undertakes to do its utmost to propose alternative solutions, such as a postponement of the stay or a credit note. However, if no alternative solution can be found, LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl declines all responsibility and cannot guarantee a total or partial refund.<\/span><\/p>

- Customers accept that circumstances beyond their control may lead to cancellations or changes to their stay without the possibility of financial compensation from LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9. Cleanliness and maintenance\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

- Flats must be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Additional cleaning costs may be charged if the flat is left in an unsatisfactory condition.<\/span><\/p>

- Intermediate cleaning services can be booked at an additional cost.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10. Modifications and Disputes<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

- These GTC may be modified by LBF Constructions & R\u00e9alisations S\u00e0rl, manager of Alpine Active Lodge, without prior notice. The conditions applicable are those in force on the date of the reservation.<\/span><\/p>
